New Canteen/Kitchen Facility

Our school community is thrilled to unveil the expanded and fully renovated canteen and kitchen facility. This modern upgrade will greatly enhance our Friday canteen days, making operations much easier for our dedicated P&C volunteers. In addition, students will have the opportunity to cook using fresh produce from our garden in this purpose-built facility, fostering hands-on learning and healthy eating habits. The new kitchen features a state-of-the-art oven, a dishwasher, and an abundance of counter space, providing a more efficient and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

Vegetable Garden

This year, our vegetable garden has flourished, providing a wonderful variety and abundance of fresh produce for our school community. Thanks to the watering system installed last year, the garden thrived throughout the summer, yielding delicious rock melon, cucumbers, and zucchini. During the winter months, we’ve been harvesting heritage carrots, spinach, and beetroots.

Students love seeing the results of their hard work in the garden — whether it’s enjoying a crunchy carrot or a juicy slice of rock melon on a hot day. The garden has truly become a hands-on learning experience that everyone values.

NSW Premier's Spelling Bee

This year, our school took part in the Premier's Spelling Bee for the very first time. Congratulations to Josie and Paddy, who proudly represented our school at the regional finals. Josie advanced to the second round of the senior division, while Paddy reached round four and finished in the top six of the junior division. Well done to all students for embracing the challenge and participating with enthusiasm!
