Our extra-curricular highlights
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
In 2025 our Stage 2 (Yr 3/4) students have the opportunity to attend an overnight excursion to Melbourne, whilst our Stage 3 (Yr 5/6) students can attend a 2 night camp to Ballarat and Bendigo.
Walbundrie Small Schools Network
Our school is a proud member of the Walbundrie Small Schools Network, which comprises six small schools within our district. Through this network, we collaborate to organise swimming, cross country, and athletics carnivals. Additionally, we join forces for major excursions for both Stage 2 and Stage 3 students. These regular opportunities to come together throughout the year enable our students to connect and build friendships with peers from other small schools. These relationships are invaluable, especially as students transition to larger high schools where having established connections can greatly support their social and academic adjustment.
